You can find it as a link on the LWV-AV 2018 Council page of the website or in the drop-down menu under LWV-VA 2018 Council link in the menu bar. The “LWV-VA Education Position 2018 Proposal” full text is provided on the webpage and there is a link at the top where you can download a pdf version.

League members, you should read this proposal and let your delegates going to council know what you think. Remember that at Council, the only voices of the membership are the delegates representing each local league. Those individuals selected by their local league will vote on behalf of their entire league.
