Submitting a Resolution

Resolutions on urgent matters of public policy express the will of the LWV-VA Biennial Convention during the time of its convening. Any registered delegate to the Convention may offer a resolution that is seconded by another registered delegate.

You may submit a resolution up until 1:30 P.M. on Saturday, June 3, 2023.

The Resolutions committee will meet at 5:30 P.M. on Saturday, June 3, 2023 to discuss resolutions received. This meeting is open to convention attendees. Those submitting a resolution are encouraged to attend.

 

Courtesy resolutions can be submitted to the LWV-VA board no later than June 1, 2023.
